Sometimes you might want to get more information from guests to your event than just their basic personal info (name, email etc.). This could be as simple as asking for their meal preference, or more complex, like offering a range of breakout sessions, asking for their arrival and departure times etc.

Tracking Registration Question Answers

The answers your guests submit are tracked in your event Guest List. When a guest has answered some or all of your questions, a speech bubble icon shows up in their guest row:

Clicking this icon displays the Questions with their answers highlighted:

You can filter all your guests in the Guest List by the answers they gave. To do this, click the Questions Filter button:

This opens up the Questions Filter control:

This powerful filter lets you group all your guests by the question or questions, but a specific answer to any question or questions. It also lets you isolate guests who have NOT answered a specific question or questions (Select ‘Filter for no response’).
